ZEPTO NPPA SUMMIT 2021/22 FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY TERMS

1.The ‘Raising of Real-Time Funds for the Northern Rivers’ activity during the Parliamentary Innovation Tech Showcase facilitated by the Tech Council of Australia (“TCA”) (“fundraising activity”) is facilitated by Zepto Payments Pty Ltd ACN 604 057 598 (“Zepto, we or us”).

2. By participating in the fundraising activity, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in the “Zepto Privacy Policy”.

3. You acknowledge our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to ensure that the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal information complies with the Australian Privacy Principles and complies with applicable privacy laws in respect of any personal information collected, disclosed and used in connection with the fundraising activity.

4. By participating in the fundraising activity and making a transaction to the PayID provided by Zepto, you are agreeing to transfer a nominated monetary amount from a bank account of your choice to Disaster Relief Australia ABN 44614474010 (“Disaster Relief Australia”).

5. By participating in the fundraising activity, and making a transaction to Disaster Relief Australia, you consent to the collection and holding of Personal Information provided to us, including, but not limited to, financial and transactional information, such as PayID Information, bank account name, BSB number, account number and transaction details.

6. By participating in the fundraising activity and making a transaction to Disaster Relief Australia you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information for the purposes of:

• displaying on a monitor or screen the real time functionality of financial transactions at the NPPA Summit 2021/22; and
• communicating to Disaster Relief Australia of any donations made to the charity and to assist their record keeping as required by law, including issuing a tax receipt to you if required.

7. Zepto will not use the Personal Information provided to us in the fundraising activity for:

• any marketing purposes; or
• any communication with you except where required by law.

8. As partial consideration for your use of and access to this website, you agree that in no event will Zepto or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering this fundraising activity, this website or any site linked to this website, be liable to you in any manner whatsoever for any decision made or action or non-action taken by you in reliance upon the information provided through the fundraising activity and this website.

9. Zepto shall not in any case be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Zepto has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any of the terms set out herein are held to be illegal or unenforceable, then such terms shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall remain and have full force and effect.
